Daylight Saving Time is This Weekend!

e-Connections Post

Spring and warmer temperatures are just around the corner, and Daylight Saving Time starts this Sunday, March 11.

This means we get to enjoy more light in the evening hours. Daylight Saving Time starts the second Sunday in March. However, this year is different because the annual changing of the clock in spring and fall celebrates its 100th anniversary in the U.S.

While cell phones and many other clocks will automatically adjust to the time change, your old-fashioned digital clocks will need to be reset before you go to bed Saturday night.

Clocks will “spring ahead,” adding one hour of sunlight to the end of the day. Make sure to move your clock one hour ahead and enjoy the extra hour of sunlight!
