Two teams from George Washington Carver School of Arts & Science emerged as winners at the Sacramento County History Day competition last Saturday.

One team won the high school group website competition for their website on “The Divide: A study of wealth distribution during the Industrial Revolution.”

Another Carver team won the high school documentary competition with “The Push for Women in Government,” a documentary on the National Women’s Political Caucus.

Both teams will advance to the statewide History Day Competition in Riverside.

Congratulations!
