Welcome to the Compensation and Benefit Department. Our
mission is to protect the human and financial resources of our
District and assure continuation of the educational process by
managing payroll and benefits; promoting employee safety and
prevention programs.
Schools Insurance Authority is sponsoring the attached Wellness
Program for SCUSD employees. As part of Coordinated School Health
Committee, a spring wellness event is planned for staff.
There are programs for SERNA and sites to participate.
