July 30, 2007 - At the community meeting last Wed, July 25^th, Tom Barentson shared that former VAPAC students may enroll at Sam Brannan Middle School and/or John F. Kennedy High School.  (Sam Brannan for 7^th & 8^th grade students, and John F. Kennedy for 9^th -12^th grade students).

• Enrollment for Sam Brannan begins on Tuesday, August 7^th.

• You may enroll at John F. Kennedy anytime.

July 17, 2007  - The next VAPAC Parent/Community Informational Meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2007 from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. at the Serna Center Community Room.  Deputy Superintendent Tom Barentson will be giving an update on possible options for a visual and performing arts program.  Spanish interpretation will be available.

6/8/07 - Sacramento City Unified School District officials will conduct a meeting on Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at 6 p.m. to determine the level of interest in continuing a visual and performing arts program. Visual and Performing Arts Charter (VAPAC) students and their families are invited. The meeting will be held in Community Rooms at the Serna Center, 5735 47th Ave.
