The public hearing on the draft EIR,
scheduled for April 17, 2008, will be rescheduled as a public hearing on the
proposed final EIR and placed on the Board of Education's agenda.
Under the current timeline it is currently estimated that this will be
placed on the Board's agenda in June, 2008.
