Description |
Increases learning support services and other resources
available to help children, youth and families by bringing
together schools and health and human service agencies, city
and county governments, nonprofit organizations, businesses,
parents and community members. Services include basic needs,
case management, classroom interventions, home visits, linkage
to community resources, SART participation, school supplies,
student study team, systems advocacy (school, health, welfare,
etc.), and psycho-educational groups.
