Description |
Parents and
school site administrator meet to discuss student conduct,
academic progress and attendance issues to determine a course of
action that may assist in redirecting student exhibited behaviors
that are adversely affecting the student and the educational
program. |

Eligibility Requirements |
Students that
have a current SST, 10 or more days of school suspension and E.D.
48900 violations. |

Application Process |
Site
administrator calls the Administrator’s Appointment line and sets
the meeting after determining the following criteria for a Central
Behavior Review:

There has
been an active SST for at least 8 weeks
-
The student
has 10 or more school days of suspension
-
There is an
existing E.C. 48900 in place
Site
administrator calls the Administrator’s Appointment line and sets
the meeting after determining the following criteria for a
Pre-Expulsion Hearing:

The student
has violated an E.C. 48915
-
The student
is serving a suspension
