Lease Leaseback Construction Services

The Sacramento City
Unified School District is seeking “Requests for Statements of
Qualifications” to select qualified firms to provide Lease-Leaseback
preconstruction and construction phase services for various projects
within the District. The full text of the RFQ is available on the
district website at
www.scusd.edu. Go to offices and departments, construction bid
announcements, and then scroll quick links to Requests for Proposals.
RFQs are also available by calling 916-277-6462. Firms are responsible
for checking the website periodically for any updates or revisions to
the RFQ. Statements of Qualifications must be received at SCUSD,
Contracts Office, 3051 Redding Avenue, Sacramento CA 95820, not later
than 4:30 p.m., July 30, 2007. The SCUSD is an Equal Opportunity
